As Site Manager of our small 400m2 site, you will be responsible for management of a production site of radiopharmaceutical products, ensure good efficiency of production thanks to an experimented and reliable production team and well-maintained equipment and building, with the respect of GMP, safety rules and compliance.
You will use your exemplary Leadership and people Management skills to harness the potential of the 25-people team. Communicating effectively to resolve to train, develop and effectively lead a multi-functional team for radiopharmaceutical production. To participate and contribute to the national extended Leadership Team in defining Company strategy while ensuring proper execution of plans. To manager radiopharmaceutical products which are manufactured in accordance with production programs and plannings whilst meeting targets in terms of quantity, quality, timing and cost. This will be achieved within the framework of regulatory compliance and operating within established high standards of compliance, cGMP, Heath, Safety, Environmental Protection and good working practice.

**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensure business continuity
- Work together with Country Operations Manager to provide direction, formulate strategies and make decisions which ensure the efficient operation.
- Develop the team in terms of soft-skills and technical competence (with consistent training programs), ensuring succession planning and right talent management, participation in recruitment and annual reviews.
- Ensure development of production manager to become a potential successor
- Active participation in the retention of people proposing merit increase, incentives and rewards.
- Ensure the agreed production programmes meet the process and engineering demands necessary to achieve the operational requirements of quality, quantity, timing and cost. Define, follow and control the budgets of the site
- Ensure all necessary resources (raw materials, equipment, human resources) are available for each production to guarantee Business continuity as well as introduction of new processes with minimum delay and take responsibility for all operational aspects
- Ensure plant and technical equipment’s maintenance, the site complies with existing statutory, corporate standards, fire safety, regulatory compliance, CGMP, Health, Safety & Environmental Protection.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills and the ability to harness the best from teams
- +2 years of experience on a production site of a chemical/Pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical product
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Compliance orientation
- Organizational skills
