You will implement and maintain ESA-aligned PA processes, manage risks, and foster a strong quality culture across multidisciplinary teams.Your main responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining PA processes in line with ESA ECSS standardsIdentifying and mitigating risks to product quality and reliabilityOverseeing supplier and subcontractor quality complianceManaging non-conformance reports, driving corrective and preventive actionsPreparing and maintaining quality documentation and reportsRepresenting PA in project reviews (NRB, IRR, TRR, PTR)Leading internal audits and supporting ESA auditsWhat will set you up for success?Experience in product or quality assurance for space systemsFamiliarity with ESA ECSS requirements and quality standardsAnalytical mindset and attention to detail to guarantee mission-critical reliabilityStrong teamwork and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitudeAbility to communicate clearly in an international, multidisciplinary environmentFluency in English; Spanish at negotiation level is a plusReady to make an impact on the next generation of astrophysics missions? xsgfvud Apply now and join us to build a safer, more reliable future in space.
