We are currently looking for a Commissioning Administrator to join a large-scale industrial project in South Spain (coastal location).This is a 12-month assignment with an urgent start, offering the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the commissioning team and ensuring smooth, well-documented handover of all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.The RoleAs Commissioning Administrator, you will work closely with the Commissioning Lead and deputies, coordinating documentation, schedules, and reporting to ensure that commissioning activities run efficiently and in line with project standards.You will liaise with site teams, contractors, and engineering departments to maintain accurate records, track progress, and highlight issues early.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Commissioning Lead in planning and coordinating commissioning activities Maintain and organize commissioning documentation, test packs, and records Track completion of punch lists, pre-commissioning, and commissioning tasks Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and handover documentation Coordinate with site teams and contractors to follow up on pending actions Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and project procedures Highlight delays, technical issues, or non-conformances promptly Assist in preparing regulatory or client documentation as requiredProfileProven experience as Commissioning Administrator / Commissioning Coordinator / Project Administrator in industrial or construction projects Familiarity with mechanical, xsgfvud electrical, and instrumentation commissioning processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you love spreadsheets Comfortable working with multi-contractor teams in fast-paced environments Professional level of English and Spanish EU right to work required¿Tiene las cualificaciones y habilidades adecuadas para este trabajo?
