**About The Role**:
**About this opportunity**

As a member of Project Management team, located in **Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain**, you will be in charge of installation packages (Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing) during construction, fit-out, commissioning and handover phases.
- Delivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements.
- Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager.
- Producing and presenting to customers
- Managing service delivery for profit.
- Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.

**About You**:
**Who we’re looking for**:
**Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills**
- Sound experience in major construction projects (Real Estate or Industrial buildings)
- Sound knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure
- Knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Spanish. Good level of English is a plus

**Qualifications**
- Engineering degree - Mechanical or Electrical
