Your role centers on creating tailored advertising strategies, offering deep consultative support, and becoming a trusted advisor for long-term business growth.This position is ideal for someone who thrives on strategy, collaboration, and delivering impactful results.What You´ll Do:Partner with major clients to optimize their digital advertising strategies and achieve stronger campaign performance.Provide insight-driven, consultative support aligned to each clients goals.Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and shape long-term growth plans.Build strong, lasting relationships based on trust, expertise, and continuous value.Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress, adjust strategies, and ensure ongoing success.Guide clients through advanced advertising concepts, tools, and best practices to help them stay competitive.What We´re Looking For:BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.C2 Germanand strongEnglishcommunication skills.12 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or account management.Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and marketing strategy; experience with larger clients is a plus.A mid/senior-level profile capable of delivering high-level, strategic consultations.Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a consultative mindset.What You´ll Get:Competitive salary : 23,000 - 32,000 gross/year + bonus.Full-time schedule(39h/week) based in beautiful Barcelona.Relocation package : flight + one month in an individual studio (subject to availability).Private Health Insurance .Clear career growth opportunitieswith continuous learning, certifications, and coaching.A fun, dynamic, international environment with regular contests and team activities.A stunning office in Barcelona surrounded by the sea.Ready to shape impactful advertising strategies for major clients? xsgfvud Apply today and take your digital marketing career to the next level#J-18808-Ljbffr
