With thousands of customers globally and strong backing from international investors, the business is now scaling its go-to-market organisation and hiring aSales Product Specialist / Pre-Sales profileto sit at the intersection ofproduct, sales, and GTM execution .The RoleThis is a highly commercial, product-facing role focused onsupporting sales conversations, shaping go-to-market strategy, and driving early customer adoption of new products and features .You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Tech, acting as the product expert in customer-facing situations, translating customer needs into clear value propositions, and helping turn product ideas into revenue.This role is well-suited to someone from apre-sales, sales engineering, product marketing, or GTM backgroundwho enjoys being close to customers and influencing deals through strong product knowledge.What You’ll Be DoingAct as theproduct specialist in live sales cycles , supporting discovery, demos, and use-case validationPartner with Sales to articulate product value and improve deal outcomesSupport go-to-market initiatives for new products and features, from early validation through to first customersRun customer interviews, feedback sessions, and proof-of-concept discussionsCollaborate with Product and Tech teams to shape MVPs and refinements based on market feedbackTrack product adoption, customer feedback, and commercial signals to inform prioritisationHelp refine messaging, enablement materials, and demo narrativesWhat They’re Looking For3+ years’ experience in asales-facing product role(Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer, Product Marketing, GTM, or similar)Strong commercial mindset with confidence in customer-facing environmentsAbility to explain complex products clearly and persuasivelyExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and MarketingData-driven approach to validating ideas and measuring impactProactive, hands-on mindset suited to a fast-moving scale-upNice to have:Experience in Hospitality Tech, Travel Tech, HR Tech, or FintechFamiliarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or SalesforceExposure to MVP launches, beta programmes, or early product rolloutsFluent German and professional EnglishWhy This Opportunity? xsgfvud A role positioneddirectly between product and revenueHigh ownership and visibility within a scaling SaaS organisationReal influence on how products are positioned, sold, and adoptedCollaborative, low-ego culture with strong growth ambitionsCompetitive salary and bonus structureFlexible working setup with regular team meet-ups and eventsPlease don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about the role.
