The selected candidate will join amulticultural and international team , distributed across several countries, and will participate instrategic cybersecurity projects for International Organizations .The ideal profile combines broad technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset, with the motivation to work in dynamic and high-impact global environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cybersecurity projectsend-to-end, ensuring technical quality, team coordination, and client satisfaction.Act as a technical expert and project leader , contributing transversal knowledge across multiple cybersecurity domains.Support the preparation of commercial proposals , contributing to solution design and technical documentation.Participate in the financial managementof the department, monitoring costs, margins, and resource planning.Mentor and guide junior team members and interns , promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.RequirementsAt least6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity , preferably inconsulting or professional services environments .University degree or postgraduate studiesin Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.Broad, generalist knowledgeacross the main areas of cybersecurity (governance, risk, compliance, auditing, infrastructure, etc.).High B2 or above level of English , both spoken and written.Based in Spain , preferably in Madrid.European Union nationality.Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications such asCISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CEH, CompTIA Security+ , among others.Experience working inmulticultural and international teams , distributed across multiple countries.Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.Previous experience withInternational Organizations or the international public sector .What We OfferThe opportunity to join adiverse and international cybersecurity teamwith presence across several European countries.Participation inhigh-impact cybersecurity projectsfor International Organizations.Acollaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment .Hybrid and flexible work model , focused on trust and results. xsgfvud Professional development opportunities and continuous trainingwithin a global context.#J-18808-Ljbffr
