While closely connected to the CEO day-to-day, the PA operates in tight alignment with the Senior Executive Assistant, ensuring personal and professional schedules integrate smoothly without blurred responsibilities.Personal, household, and lifestyle management for the CEO and family, ensuring personal logistics are seamless and aligned with professional demands. liaising with the Senior EA for overlapping scheduling. Managing legal, and budget matters Providing occasional out-of-hours support for urgent or time-sensitive requests.Strong Personal Assistant background, with prior experience supporting senior executives personally High discretion, trustworthiness, and emotional intelligence Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Adaptable, proactive, and calm under pressure Bilingual: English and Spanish (must)Reports directly to the Senior EA for alignment and visibility but maintains close contact with the CEO for day-to-day personal needs.Bain and Gray specialise in administration and PA recruitment across London. xsgfvud Roles typically include Receptionists, Team Assistants, EAs, Office Managers and PAs across all industry sectors.
