The role will offer room to grow and structured professional development is a key element.Our company is a European leader in digital services with a portfolio of 28,000 consultants and a focus on generating digital impact across public and private sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiation and review of IT/outsourcing, digital, and software contracts for private and public sector clients.Support the review and negotiations of a wide range of IT contracts considering business and legal requirements.End-to-end legal support for deals in the region with focus on IP, IT and Data Protection Law.Realize legal aspects of contracting with customers and providers, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.Business partner with knowledge of the business and its goals, articulating clear legal advice in a pragmatic manner.RequisitosFully qualified Spanish Lawyer with around 5 years of experience.Knowledge of IT outsourcing, digital, intellectual property, software licensing and data privacy.Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.Good time‑management skills and ability to prioritize work activities.Thrives at being part of a team and working cross‑functionally. xsgfvud Ability to perform independently with minimal secretarial support.Ubicación: MADRID (Modalidad de trabajo híbrida)#J-18808-Ljbffr
