As a Sales Engineer you will play a key role in driving our business forward by connecting technical expertise with customer needs, helping us expand our market presence and deliver exceptional value to our clients. Your contributions will directly impact our success and shape the future of our organization.Your main tasks and responsibilities:Act as main contact for all sales‑related activities for designated customers in the territory as specified by the Sales Director for the area of responsibilitySupport the management with the development plan and establish annual sales budgets, timely monthly RFCs and company sales objectivesAttend sales meetings ensuring that all relevant information from the assigned area is available to management as requiredEnsure that Sulzer’s CRM system is updated on a regular basisAssure profitable growth in the sales territoryCreate and maintain close customer relationshipsReview, manage and interpret customer enquiry documents and specifications, supporting the overall tender processCoordinate with customers for resolution of technical and commercial queriesLiaise effectively with our global network of manufacturing plants to ensure we provide the best offering and service to our clientsNegotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditionsConduct the project until it is handed over to the different Sulzer factoriesFacilitate communication between Spanish clients and Sulzer factories during project executionContinuously monitor changing market segments, target customers and competitionTo succeed in this role you will need:University degree in Mechanical EngineeringA minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in related industries, especially in the oil & gas business, and familiarity with API standardsCustomer‑orientation, communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills at any level of the customer baseSelf‑motivated, self‑organized and naturally driven to succeed in a competitive environmentFully fluent in English and Spanish – a mustAvailability for traveling in Spain and abroadFlexibility and ability to adapt to changesBeing a creative thinkerWhat we offer you:A permanent contractA competitive salary as well as participation in the variable remuneration system based on personal and financial objectivesRestaurant ticketsBeing part of an experienced international teamA good vibe working environmentPlease send your email in English.
