Key Responsibilities:Design and integrate electromechanical systems for high-power AESA radar platforms.Develop mechanical structures and cooling systems (air-cooled and liquid-cooled) for defense-grade electronics.Select and validate commercial components (connectors, fans, heat exchangers, TECs, chillers) ensuring compliance with ruggedization and reliability standards.Perform thermal and structural analysis in coordination with simulation teams.Design and control power distribution systems including AC/DC and DC/DC converters (buck, boost, flyback, forward, full-bridge, resonant).Develop EMI/EMC filters for switched-mode power supplies in compliance with MIL-STD-461.Support environmental qualification testing (vibration, thermal, EMC) and ensure MIL-STD compliance.Prepare detailed technical documentation and participate in design reviews.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering. Your Profile:Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.5+ years of experience in electromechanical design and power systems for aerospace or defense.Proficiency in Siemens NX and/or Solid Edge for CAD modeling and documentation.Strong knowledge of thermal management, EMI/EMC compliance, and MIL-STD protocols.Experience in power electronics and distributed power architectures.English is a must; Spanish is a plus.Eligibility for NATO clearance.
