🔧 Key Responsibilities:

- Design and integrate electromechanical systems for high-power AESA radar platforms.
- Develop mechanical structures and cooling systems (air-cooled and liquid-cooled) for defense-grade electronics.
- Select and validate commercial components (connectors, fans, heat exchangers, TECs, chillers) ensuring compliance with ruggedization and reliability standards.
- Perform thermal and structural analysis in coordination with simulation teams.
- Design and control power distribution systems including AC/DC and DC/DC converters (buck, boost, flyback, forward, full-bridge, resonant).
- Develop EMI/EMC filters for switched-mode power supplies in compliance with MIL-STD-461.
- Support environmental qualification testing (vibration, thermal, EMC) and ensure MIL-STD compliance.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and participate in design reviews.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering.

🎓 Your Profile:

- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in electromechanical design and power systems for aerospace or defense.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX and/or Solid Edge for CAD modeling and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of thermal management, EMI/EMC compliance, and MIL-STD protocols.
- Experience in power electronics and distributed power architectures.
- English is a must; Spanish is a plus.
- Eligibility for NATO clearance.
