You will be part of a technology department that is comprised of a successful and multidisciplinary group of professionals located across the globe – Lisbon, Barcelona, New York, Manchester, Bucharest and India.Key Responsibilities:Define and regularly update the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving user needsLead the discovery process by conducting market analysis, user research, and gathering stakeholder insights to identify trends and pain pointsCommunicate changes in the roadmap and prioritization reasoning to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignmentProduct Development & Lifecycle ManagementPartner with cross-functional teams—including engineers, researchers, QA analysts, and designers—to translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria focused on authoring solutionsManage the entire product lifecycle from planning through release, ensuring strategic alignment and successful deliveryIdentify and implement improvements to the software development process, accelerating innovation and enhancing product deliveryFoster continual communication across teams to clarify goals, answer questions, and resolve obstaclesAI-Powered Solutions & InnovationEvaluate, implement, and manage AI features to enhance writing assistance and user personalizationCollaborate with engineering and data science teams to leverage advanced language models and maintain high-quality standardsMonitor user adoption and AI performance, identifying opportunities to scale intelligent features and maintain a competitive advantagePerformance Analysis & OptimizationPrioritize feature development and enhancements based on business goals, client needs, stakeholder input, and market potentialUse web analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the success of product features, guiding future development decisionWhat we're looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environmentsPrior background in business communication, productivity tools, or authoring solutionsProven track record of delivering products in collaboration with cross-functional teams xsgfvud Experience in writing detailed specifications and user storiesUnderstanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologiesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to synthesize user feedback, market research, and performance data into actionable product decisionsDesired Qualifications:Experience working with AI-powered products or advanced language technologyFamiliarity with web analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimizationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMaster’s degree or additional certifications in Product Management or a related disciplineExperience in a global or multicultural team settingBy applying, I confirm I have read and accept TransPerfect's Privacy Policy: levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct ManagementTranslation and Localization and Software DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at TransPerfect by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
