Support installation and validation of serialization systems on new lines. Collaborate with automation and IT teams for integration (MES, SCADA, SQL databases). Manage incidents and changes using tools like ServiceNow, following SLAs. Ensure compliance with GMP and participate in audits. Work with global teams and vendors to implement upgrades and improvements.
