Serialization Support Technician

Provide technical and operational support for serialization systems on packaging lines. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (vision systems, printers, scanners, PLCs). Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical track-and-trace regulations (DSCSA, EU FMD). Execute equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for serialization components. Support installation and validation of serialization systems on new lines. Collaborate with automation and IT teams for integration (MES, SCADA, SQL databases). Manage incidents and changes using tools like ServiceNow, following SLAs. Ensure compliance with GMP and participate in audits. Work with global teams and vendors to implement upgrades and improvements. Analyze performance data and propose process optimizations. Maintain accurate documentation for systems and procedures. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Higher vocational training or university degree in Automation. Fluent in Spanish Advanced level of English Experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, vision inspection systems. Knowledge of SCADA systems, MES/OEM integration, and SQL databases. Familiarity with pharmaceutical serialization solutions (Systech, Antares, Seavision, Tracelink). Understanding of GMP processes and packaging qualification standards. Ability to troubleshoot network and serialization issues. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Soft skills: problem-solving, multitasking, cross-cultural collaboration, ability to work independently. WHERE AND WHEN?
