This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, brand, and product — transforming our materials, projects, and customer stories into narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.You’ll be responsible for defining content pillars, aligning messaging across channels, and shaping how we talk about our products, collaborators, and community — from social media to magazine articles and email marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve content pillars across brand, product, and community.Craft and document storytelling frameworks to ensure consistency across all channels.Plan and oversee the editorial calendar, aligning social, magazine, and email content.Develop narratives around product categories, projects, collaborators, and customer stories.Work cross-functionally with Design, Growth and Product to ensure message-market fit.Lead campaign ideation and content briefing for internal and external collaborators.Audit content performance, identifying insights to improve tone, structure, and delivery.Ensure that every touchpoint reinforces our brand identity and connects emotionally with our audience.What we’re looking for3–5 years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or brand storytelling, ideally in a fast-paced, design or consumer-focused environment.Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn abstract ideas or technical products into emotionally engaging narratives.Excellent writing and editing abilities in English and Spanish. French, German or Italian are a strong plus.Proven ability to develop and implement content frameworks across multiple channels (social, web, email).Deep understanding of brand tone, positioning and messaging, and how to apply them consistently.Strong alignment with design and aesthetic sensibilities.
