Your role will focus on producing high-quality user manuals and reference materials for payment and account statement processes, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with product, operations, and technology teams to document complex messaging formats and workflows, with a particular focus on SWIFT and XML standards. Document messaging rules and workflows for SWIFT, XML ,and related formats , will be more than essential.Profile:Junior-high to lower-senior level, structured, organized, and detail-oriented.Proven experience in drafting and updatinguser manualsand functional documentation.Excellent written communication skills inEnglish (C1)andSpanish (C1) .Knowledge of cash management products:account statements and payment instruments .AdvancedExcelskills for data organization and analysis.Intermediate knowledge ofSWIFT MT101andXMLformats.Familiarity withMT940/942 ,BAI2 , andcamt.053/052statement formats.Understanding of thebank reconciliationprocess.Desirable: experience with electronic banking platforms.Update and maintain the implementation documentation repository for cash management products.Draft clear and structured manuals, guides, and reference documentation for technical and business stakeholders.Document messaging rules and workflows for SWIFT, XML, and related formats.Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality standards and industry specifications.Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify technical requirements and processes.Manage version control of documents, ensuring consistency across updates.Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, working with minimal supervision.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.Additional certifications in banking operations, SWIFT standards, or technical writing will be valued.External contract, full-time, remote position.Flexible working model with focus on work-life balance.Opportunity to work in aninternational and multicultural environment .Involvement in technically challenging and impactful banking documentation projects. xsgfvud Professional growth opportunities in cash management and financial messaging standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
