This position will perform Financial Planning & Analysis activities and backfill for the PC business controller while the PC business controller is involved in other finance transformation projects. The role is ideal for candidates with a technical/engineering background who have exposure to finance and enjoy working with systems and solving complex problems.Your key responsibilitiesMonthly closing & forecasting activitiesRAF & Budget specific activitiesGPx & Devana deep dive: Analysis of sales & GPx data: validation and steering profitability and deviations as preparation for discussions with commercial team and Aroma business teamPreparation of slides for leadership meetings and presentationsKAU OPEX (monthly deep dive + forecast) – Monitoring of OPEX development for PCA KAUYou bringBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent), with exposure to finance xsgfvud or financial processesMinimum of 7–10 years relevant experience in FP&A, business controlling, or related roles; experience in technical/system-focused environments is a plusStrong business and strategic acumenExpert in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft OfficeSAP experienceStrategic vision, with strong analytical capabilities, priority setting, and decision-making ability
