This is a high-impact position with strong international exposure, partnering closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement stakeholders worldwide.This role is based in Barcelona, Spain, offering hybrid working, and provides the opportunity to influence global strategy within a collaborative, data-driven environment.The main responsibilities of the Global Finance Inventory Team Leader include:Owning global inventory financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activitiesMonitoring and controlling inventory valuation, risk exposure, and working capital efficiency across regionsDriving process improvements to enhance financial transparency and reduce inventory-related costsEnsuring compliance with IFRS standards and internal financial governance policiesPartnering cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to support strategic and operational decision-makingProviding clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders to support global inventory strategy and executionCandidate Requirements:Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related disciplineProven experience in finance, costing, supply chain controlling, or inventory management within a complex, multinational industrial environmentStrong analytical capability with a track record of driving insight from data and challenging assumptionsHands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO, Central Finance) and strong proficiency in Excel and/or Power BIIf you have experience across both sides of Finance & Supply Chain Inventory and are interested in applying for this Global Finance Inventory Team Leader role, please reach out to EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the workplace. xsgfvud We act as a neutral third party in the recruitment process, basing our candidate searches on skills and experience.
