The Project Manager Integrations will act as aTodas las habilidades, cualificaciones y experiencia relevantes que necesitará un candidato seleccionado se enumeran en la siguiente descripción.key bridge between Product and Technology,leading customer and product integration projectsend-to-end.Their mission will be to ensure that each integration is executed with precision, quality, and alignment with strategic business objectives.What are the duties and responsibilities of a Project Manager?● Lead technical integration projects with new customers and partners, ensuring on-time and on-scope deliveries.● Lead the technical integration process with the corresponding client systems via API, sFTP, and direct input.● Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver necessary improvements to the platform and APIs that support integrations.● Develop and maintain standardized onboarding processes and documentation, ensuring scalability and consistency.● Proactively identify and resolve integration challenges, collaborating with internal teams and customers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.● Act as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and customers during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.● Monitor and improve the customer onboarding experience by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives.What skills do I need to be a good Project Manager?● At least 2 years of experience in project management or technical integrations.● Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.● Solid knowledge of API and SFTP data exchange.● Proficiency in project management tools (Jira/Asana).● Knowledge of SQL.● Process-oriented, proactive, and highly capable of working with cross-functional teams.● Experience in financial technology or startups is a plus.Why should I apply for the Project Manager position?● Salary starting at 30K.● Hybrid culture, Barcelona based position.● Work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.● 25 days of holidays + 3 extra days for Christmas + all public holidays.● Be part of a leading fintech company that improves the financial well-being of thousands of workers. xsgfvud ● Work with a mission-driven international team in a rapidly expanding environment.If you are an energetic enthusiast and love to manage project with real impact we want tyo meet you
