We are committed to the top standards of customer care and service with a rapid, global response.Your MissionAs a Project Manager, you will providesolutions, expertise, and adviceto our customers regarding their sailing systems. You will work both autonomously on smaller projects/accounts and assist Senior RigPro Specialists and management on large projects.Main ResponsibilitiesAdvise customers on technical matters concerningsailing systems, including rigs, standing rigging, and running rigging. Interest in hydraulic/mechanical systems and composites is a plus.Sell and propose solutions to customer issues, offering our products and services.Scope and price proposals to customers.Manage the work and projects (project management).Occasionally carry out rigging and sailing system works on yachts up to 70 feet and assist in works on larger ones.Deliver and close projects with satisfaction for the company, customer, and yourself.Follow up with customers regularly.Prepare Standard Operating Procedures with multimedia content (videos, photos, diagrams).Share your knowledge and learnings with the team, including via our digital knowledge-sharing system.What We are looking forTechnical SkillsAround2-3 years' experiencein a similar role.Proficiency level of English.University Degree or related is a plus.Driving license.Spanish language skills would be a plus.Personal SkillsGoodcommunication and interpersonal skills.Highly motivated and ethically performance-driven.Demonstratedleadership skillswhen managing projects.Focused, with strongorganizational skillsfor working under pressure.Aproblem-solvingperson with acan-do attitude.Apassion for sailingand a strong interest in sailing systems.Experience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works, and understanding of hydraulics/electrical systems will be an advantage.What We OfferFor a marine professional, nothing beats working at RigPro:The opportunity to work on theworld's greatest yachtswith some of the world's greatest sailors.Team members regularly sail in top events like the Superyacht Cup Palma.Team members are sometimes seconded to top race teams, including America's Cup teams.Be part of the group leading the way in developing above-deck systems for the world's most advanced race yachts.Join theworld's most trusted sailing system advisors.Take part in a variety of projects with opportunities to engage with aglobal team and client basedaily.Permanent contract.Flexibilityto match other commitments and activities like sailing xsgfvud FUTURE FIBRES RIGGING SYSTEMS, S.L.
