Buscas continuar tu carrera profesional en una compañía líder en su sector? ¿Te motiva trabajar en equipo, eres una persona responsable y crees en el valor diferencial que aporta el departamento de Revenue Management a una cadena hotelera?Ven a ser parte de nuestro equipo de trabajo, en la posición de Revenue Manager para Sercotel Hotel Group en nuestras Oficinas Centrales en Barcelona.Por favor, verifique que tiene el nivel de experiencia y las cualificaciones adecuadas leyendo la descripción completa de esta oportunidad a continuación.Implementar políticas, procedimientos y buenas prácticas de Revenue managementReporting diario, semanal y mensualAnalizar y consolidar los acuerdos de distribución de la cadenaActuar como un consultor de negocio con la propiedad o dirección del hotel.Construir y mantener fuertes lazos relaciones con el staff del hotelActuar como un embajador de la estrategia comercial y la cultura de la compañía.Promulgar una cultura de Revenue management en los hoteles.Análisis de calendarios de Pick UP, ajustes de estrategia y reportingAlcanzar análisis y estudios competitivos tanto del mercado como de las tendencias del mismoEstrategia de distribución alineada con la estrategia comercial de compañía.Responsabilidad de evaluar, analizar y marcar los precios para el segmento grupal.Asegurarse que todos los sistemas tecnológicos, están correctamente configurados, validados, y trabajando a plena capacidad.¿2 – 4 años de experiencia como Revenue Manager• Alta capacidad de excel• Ser una persona analítica con una fuerte orientación a resultados..¿Contrato indefinido a jornada completa (40hs).Horario de entrada y salida flexible.Teletrabajo 1 día/semana.Horario intensivo los viernes y vísperas de algunos festivos nacionales (9hs a 15hs).Desarrollo profesional junto a un gran equipo de trabajo. xsgfvud Buen clima laboral e incorporación a un gran equipo.-
