In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing data-migration strategies, designing and developing integration flows, and ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our integration landscape. You will work closely with local IT teams, application owners, and other stakeholders to support our HRIS transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMigration & IntegrationDefine and implement the data-migration strategy to Oracle HCM.Design and develop ETL processes (extraction, transformation, loading) in collaboration with local IT experts and application owners.Identify and analyse integration requirements with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, talent management, etc.).Provide technical design, implementation, and operational support for migration and integration initiatives.Integration DevelopmentDevelop, test, and optimize integration flows usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)orBoomi(expertise in at least one is required).Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of integration flows.Prepare technical documentation related to migration and integration activities.Production SupportHandle incident, problem, and change management for production environments.Provide operational support for integration and migration processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Automation & MonitoringImplement automation solutions usingAutosysandPowerShell .Manage monitoring tools (e.g.,Dynatraceor equivalent) to ensure the health and performance of systems.Operational ExcellenceSupport continuity planning (DR/BCP), capacity management, and asset management.Contribute to knowledge-base creation and mentor team members as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to migration and integration.Qualifications5+ years of experienceas a technical expert in data-integration design and migration projects.Hands-on experience withOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)orBoomi(minimum one required).Background in HRIS implementation environments is highly desirable.Strong experience in production support, including incident, problem, and change management.Proficiency with automation tools ( Autosys ,PowerShell ) and monitoring solutions ( Dynatraceor equivalent).Knowledge of DR/BCP processes, capacity management, and asset management.Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish and English.Additional InformationFull-time contract.Smart Office Pack so that you can work comfortably from home.Training and career development.Benefits and perks such asprivate medical insurance , life insurance. xsgfvud Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects.If you are passionate about development & tech, we want to meet youTalan Spain’s commitment to non-discrimination based on gender, race, ideology, or any other reason, in accordance with the company’s "Equality Plan" and the current regulations on gender equality between women and men (Royal Decree-Law 6/2019).#J-18808-Ljbffr
