We manage more than 250 BNP Paribas entities from all over Europe, covering +60% of Group’s balance sheet and all group’s banking activities (Corporate & Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Personal Finance and other financial services activities…).Our mission is to measure, control and explain all the financial indicators required to monitor accounting, tax, regulatory, liquidity, credit risk reporting and management result activities.About the JobMission: Based on the external disclosures, the FS LRR analyst deploys operationally the regulation and normative guidelines on his operational scope.ResponsibilitiesBased on the data delivered by the Finance SMS, provide reporting, analysis and specific requests.Produce the monthly reporting to the local regulator authority (French National Bank, ACPR) and answer to ad hoc regulator requests.Produce financial statements for external publication and for Finance front office ensuring correct valuation and presentation.Participate in action plans to solve data quality issues.Participate in new project inquiries (regulatory and other).Send on time accurate reporting to regulators.Be part of the team responsible for the local regulatory reporting of BNP Paribas SA and Financial markets.Ensure the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the local regulators (ACPR and Banque de France).Coordinate with all involved stakeholders.Ensure data quality and active participation in the data quality action plan.Perform reconciliations to ensure consistency of data with accounting source.Perform overall controls.Perform analytical reviews and any other relevant analysis.Contribute to projects by providing expertise on reporting issues.Document how controls are performed.Deliver alerts and action plans.Be accountable for the entity quality of financial data used.Oversee the quality of the static data received from Referential offices.Ensure we have all information to complete the reporting chain.QualificationsStudies: Business school, University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering Degree.Experience: 2-4 years in Finance within the Banking sector (Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis), including audit and consultancy firms.Languages: English, French.Technical Skills: Understanding of IFRS and French GAAP in banking sector; Ability to analyze and challenge accounting numbers; Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.Transversal & Behavioural Skills: Organisational skills; Communication skills - oral & written; Experience in international environment appreciated.BenefitsTraining programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities, national and international thanks to our presence in different countries.Diversity and Inclusion Committee that ensures an inclusive work environment.
