Tu misión principal será liderar el área de Seguridad y Salud, actuando como el referente del sitio para garantizar que la prevención sea la máxima prioridad. Reportarás directamente a la Dirección General en un entorno que fomenta la autonomía y el empoderamiento del profesional. Tus responsabilidades principales serán: Liderazgo Estratégico: Implementar planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos de HS y gestionar los indicadores clave (KPIs) del grupo. Referencia Técnica: Actuar como experto en cumplimiento legal, coordinar auditorías y gestionar la relación con el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno (SPA). Cultura Preventiva: Liderar la investigación de incidentes para implementar lecciones aprendidas y coordinar programas de formación continua para toda la plantilla. Gestión Operativa: Supervisar la seguridad con una presencia activa en planta (50% oficina / 50% planta), asegurando que los procesos técnicos se ejecuten bajo los estándares más estrictos. Emergencias: Coordinar el Plan de Manejo de Emergencias y liderar las reuniones de seguridad interdepartamentales. Requisitos Formación: Grado en Ingeniería o similar. Cualificación: Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales con las tres especialidades (Seguridad, Higiene, Ergonomía y Psicosociología). Experiencia: Al menos 5 años en gestión de seguridad en entornos industriales multinacionales (valorable textil, automoción o química). Idiomas: Nivel de inglés avanzado, tanto escrito como hablado, ya que es imprescindible para la comunicación con el grupo. Competencias: Buscamos a una persona autónoma, disciplinada y con mucha iniciativa, capaz de trabajar sobre el terreno y tomar decisiones de forma independiente. xsgfvud Qué ofrecemos Retribución atractiva según valía: Flexibilidad horaria: Entrada flexible (8:00h-8:30h) y salida (17:00h-17:30h), con viernes jornada intensiva hasta las 14:00h.
