Description

International company is looking for HSE Construction Manager to coordinate and implemets HSE management system for all projects.

Functions:

- Define HSE strategy, documentation (HSE Project and site Plan, Site Rules and Regulations, Protocols,.), integrated management systems, HSE accountability for project pre and post FEED from the proposal phase to the close out, assigning key resources, with the agreement of the Head of HSE.
- Supervises work and performance of project and site HSE manager on the projects in the company, reviews activities forecast and risk profiles. Give Head of HSE an overview of project risk profiles, offers solution for risk reduction in partnership with project teams.
- Visit site and projects regularly, ensure compliance of the work in progress with company HSE requirement. Defines project HSE audit schedule with HSE MS system lead and perform audits for project
- Receives incident notification, ensure that incident management following company requirement, leads investigation as defined by Terms of Reference, ensure that risk reduction is allowed though the investigation finding with a proper level of SIF index
- Review with site and project HSE manager needs for further resources (managerial, technical, training, manpower and competencies)
- Ensure that company health requirement are integrated by all project: drugs and alcohol policies, health risk management
- Enforce and deploy company or Client HSE programs on the project and site: project Pulse Implementation plans, OPS/Walkthrough/Leadership deployment, good practices and lessons learnt, (SIFP) HSE indicators reporting (leading and lagging performance)
- Develop the functions of CSS in the projects for which the project management (Dirección Facultativa) is assumed.
- Develop Health and Safety Study (Estudio de Seguridad y Salud)

**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree.
- To know the Spanish health and safety legislation/rules..
- More than 10 years of experience as HSE manager (project and site).
- High level of technical expertise and management.
- OFFICE.
- English (high level), Spanish, Catalan.
