Desde Paul Marlex estamos colaborando con una empresa líder en el sector de la construcción especializada, con más de 80 años de trayectoria nacional e internacional, que precisa incorporar en su equipo un/a Contract Manager para su central en Madrid, con disponibilidad para viajar y experiencia consolidada en gestión contractual en proyectos EPC internacionales. Todos los candidatos deben asegurarse de leer atentamente la siguiente descripción del puesto y la información antes de enviar su solicitud.Si te motiva asumir un rol clave en la protección contractual de grandes proyectos trabajar en un entorno técnico y dinámico y aportar tu experiencia en negociación, gestión de riesgos y resolución de disputas… te estamos buscando¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?• Analizar los riesgos y oportunidades derivados del contrato EPC, identificando impactos relevantes en plazo, coste y responsabilidades.• Realizar el seguimiento del cumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales, hitos y procedimientos establecidos en el contrato.• Participar en procesos de arbitraje, mediación y conciliación, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos legal y técnico.• Elaborar comentarios contractuales, proponer alternativas y coordinar el flujo formal de comunicaciones entre cliente, consorcios y proveedores.• Negociar reclamaciones relativas a plazos, costes, límites de responsabilidad y variaciones contractuales (claims & variations).• Revisar documentación contractual, preparar propuestas de modificación y asegurar la correcta gestión de cambios.• Elaborar, justificar y negociar con el cliente claims de plazo y coste, así como contratos adicionales y adendas contractuales.• Mantener un control documental exhaustivo, garantizando la trazabilidad de comunicaciones y evidencias contractuales.• Dar soporte contractual a los equipos de ingeniería, construcción, planificación y dirección de proyecto.¿Qué te podemos ofrecer?• Incorporación estable en empresa referente del sector.• Salario competitivo.• Contrato indefinido. • Crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.• Excelente ambiente laboral.Eres el candidato/a ideal si…• Eres Ingeniero/a técnico o superior (Industrial, Civil, Caminos, Mecánico, Eléctrico o similar). • Tienes al menos 5 años de experiencia previa en funciones de Contract Manager en proyectos EPC. • Nivel de inglés y francés alto. • Disponibilidad para viajar. • Jornada presencial en Madrid.
