We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.LocationValencia, Valencian Community, Spain.RequirementsAt least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in‑house design studio.Experience managing design tasks for digital marketing and media buying teams.Experience handling complex marketing projects that included different teams and a dozen clients.Readiness to work in a constantly changing environment, aligning tasks with goals.Expertise in managing a creative team.Ready to receive and give feedback and include conclusions in the final product.Attention to logic and details.Ability to meet deadlines; work iteratively and share results early and often.Proficient with Monday, Jira, Slack, and Google Docs; familiar with Figma and PowerPoint.Advanced speaking and writing English level.ResponsibilitiesManage copywriting and concept development tasks from different marketing teams: briefing, prioritisation, negotiation with internal clients, and rejecting poorly written or needless tasks.Time and people management: deliver tasks and track the workload of copywriters, track deadlines.Initiate calls or correspond with customers as soon as they encounter an incomprehensible task or inadequate deadline.Create brief templates, sheets, collections of images, translations, etc., to help customers set tasks faster and more accurately.Lead the setting and improvement of working processes.Participate in resolving situations when a writer’s work is not accepted or delivered late.Benefits23 working days of vacation per year.6 sick days without a doctor’s note.Medical insurance.Birthdays, milestones and employee anniversaries celebrations.Modern offices with snacks and all the essentials.Social Club with more than 50 events per year – coming soon.Breakfasts and lunches in the office (partially covered).Language classes & tennis lessons (partially covered).Employment DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑Senior.Employment type: Full‑time.Job function: Project Management and Information Technology. xsgfvud Industries: Gambling Facilities and Casinos.By submitting your application, you agree to ourPrivacy Policy .#J-18808-Ljbffr
