The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.We are looking for an M&A Associate based in Madrid or Sevilla to give support to our projects globally.Support M&A transactions across multiple geographies.Descubra más sobre las tareas diarias, las responsabilidades generales y la experiencia requerida para esta oportunidad desplazándose hacia abajo ahora.· Update M&A pipeline and deal status in internal reporting tools.· Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to support potential acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.· Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentation materials for internal Committees and senior management.· Participate in the due diligence process, coordinating with external advisers (financial, legal, tax, and technical).· Collaborate with internal teams (Project Finance, Development, Engineering, and Legal) to assess transaction feasibility and risk.· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
