We are seeking a talented and motivated Technology Portfolio Strategy Associate to join our team in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity to have a direct impact on our business and contribute to our growth in the technology sector.

What will be your challenges?

As part of the technology portfolio strategy team, you will become part of a team of problem solvers, helping to connect the complexity of the business strategy with the project execution while monitoring field impact. You will work with other cross-functional areas in innovating projects and regularly supporting and reporting to our top management. As an example, some of the challenges for this role may include:

• Lead field and technology analysis
  of our extensive portfolio (+5 million customers), being able to structure and come up with actionable recommendations and guidelines.
• Drive complex business analysis,
  converting large volumes of data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop and present on-demand business cases
  to understand the baseline and future scenarios of business development.
• Shape and execute the Service Innovation Roadmap
  with some of our key strategic partners, identifying and prioritizing opportunities for service development, digital transformation, and operational excellence across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties
  to define solutions, document requirements, and implement complex initiatives to solve and achieve our technology organization's goals.
• Set and manage strategic roadmaps and oversee rigorous project execution
  to ensure delivery according to business goals. Manage projects ensuring proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Business, Legal, Data privacy, and Infosec.
• Lead regular preparation of executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting
  to top management teams and markets.
• Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with strategic business partners
  , as well as other key stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement
  , challenging the status quo and championing best practices in portfolio management, innovation, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members
  , fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.

Permanent hire will be based in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or another technical-related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in a strategy consulting firm (top-tier preferred, such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, …), or in a high-performing IT/Digital corporate department with a strategic role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply logical and fact-based reasoning.
• Demonstrated ability to extract, structure, and communicate insights from extensive data sheets or any other relevant data source.
• High attention to detail and rigor in delivery.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities, including experience in defining strategic/execution plans and PMO functions.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience building relationships across functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.
