Desde Randstad Professionals estamos buscando un/a Marketing Manager, muy enfocado a producto. Nuestro cliente es una compañía del sector inmobiliario ubicada en Madrid, por lo que es imprescindible que se tenga experiencia en dicho sector. Funciones: El rol combina la estrategia, la gestión y la ejecución táctica en diversas áreas de marketing: -Estrategia de Marca e Imagen: Asimilar y velar rigurosamente por la identidad, el tono y la estética de la marca. -Asegurar que todos los materiales de marketing y publicidad mantengan una misma línea. -Diseñar, gestionar y supervisar la estrategia de marketing completa, muy enfocado a marca y producto. -Actuar como el punto focal entre la empresa y la agencia externa, asegurando que la ejecución de campañas (publicidad, RRSS, web) cumpla los objetivos y la calidad deseada. Es imprescindible saber de lo que se habla para guiar y evaluar el trabajo de la agencia. -Marketing Estratégico y de Contenido. -Análisis y Planificación mediante DAFOS. -Definición de naming para nuevos productos/líneas. -Gestión y dirección de contenido para Blog y Web, incluyendo la estrategia de keywords (SEO). -Planificación, organización y gestión de eventos de marca y lanzamientos de producto. -Definición de la estrategia de contenido y publicidad en Redes Sociales (RRSS). Requisitos imprescindibles: -Experiencia en sector inmobiliario. -Conocimiento en Photoshop e Illustrator. -Experiencia en Marketing y Producto dentro del sector. -Disponibilidad para realizar el trabajo de forma 100% presencial.
