This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering S/4HANA-enabled supply chain solutions, guiding clients through complex transformation journeys, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Client Delivery & Advisory Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics transformation programmes for large, multinational clients. Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on best-practice process design, system architecture, and transformation roadmaps. Act as the functional lead in one or more SAP domains (e.G., MM, PP, EWM, TM, IBP, or related S/4 modules). Conduct assessments, develop solution blueprints, and oversee delivery of high-quality project outcomes. Programme Leadership Manage large, multi-workstream SAP projects and cross-functional teams across Europe. Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance development to consultants and managers. Ensure project governance, quality assurance, risk management, and alignment with client objectives. Business Development Support pre-sales efforts including proposal development, client presentations, solutioning, and estimation. Identify new opportunities within client accounts and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for the firm’s SAP Supply Chain practice. Required Experience & Skills 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics consulting. Proven delivery leadership in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes (mandatory). Functional expertise in one or more modules: SCM, OTC, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, EWM, TM, WM, IBP, or related S/4 capabilities. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across plan, source, make, and deliver. Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-country SAP programmes. Experience working within a management consulting or digital transformation environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels. Fluent English (spoken and written). Spanish is an advantage but not required. Willingness to travel across the EU as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in greenfield or brownfield S/4HANA implementations. Background delivering in manufacturing-heavy industries such as automotive, pharma, industrials, or FMCG. Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies: BTP, Fiori, IBP, Signavio, etc. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
