Hold professional responsibility for HSEQ activities, policies and reports including training and development of all relevant staff in the company to ensure that competence requirements within HSEQ are met to run safe operations.Responsibilities:* Implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with legal and Jotun HSEQ Standards.* Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the Element Owners.* Develop, manage, and measure the company's HSE and quality objectives and performance.* Initiate, plan, manage, coordinate, and measure improvement HSE projects to achieve demonstrable results.* Maintain and improve the HSE and ISO system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company's accreditation to the standards.* Responsible for HSEQ within the area of responsibility* Initiate, drive, and follow up continuous improvement activities by utilizing the Jotun Operations System* Act as a contact person for authorities, fire brigade, and local consultants regarding HSE issuesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER### **Specific Qualifications*** Previous experience in HSEQ roles is essential.* Mandatory training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), covering all three specialities: Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics & Applied Psychosociology.* University Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.* Proficient in English.### **Personal Qualities*** You have a strong personality, high drive, and are committed and goal-oriented.* You take initiative and value cross-functional teamwork and cooperation.* You are results-oriented, with the ability to implement strategies focused on compliance and continuous improvement.* You are a clear communicator, a good networker, and believe in winning as a team.### **We Offer**A professional and supportive work environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement, safety culture, and innovation.
