The Group is experiencing significant growth due to its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) of delivering turnkey projects, meaning on-site construction time is kept to a minimum.The Workshop Piping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all production piping activities within the workshop. This role acts as the operational link between workshop and Whitewater Group, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, delivery schedules, and quality standards.Supervise the day-to-day production activities of the workshop team.Validate materials, work orders, and welding procedures before execution.Oversee pipe cutting, assembly, and welding processes from a Q&A perspective.Perform visual inspections and report any deviations or quality concerns.Prepare weekly work progress reports for multiple projects and coordinate deliveries with logistics.Maintain ongoing communication with the Whitewater Group technical team to clarify project details and coordinate shipments.Assist in weekly work planning and adapt to client priorities.Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial piping prefabrication (stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.).Previous experience in team supervision within a workshop environment or site industrial plants.Strong ability to read isometric drawings and welding specifications.Fluent in English (spoken and written) for international communication.Knowledge in 3D Design SoftwaresStrong knowledge of office tools (email, Excel, etc.).Training in mechanical fabrication, welding, or similar fields. xsgfvud Experience in water treatment, pharmaceutical, or food industry projects.Training in Health & Safety#J-18808-Ljbffr
