What are we looking for?

The SAP FI-CO Consultant in InsudPharma is responsible for providing expertise in SAP Financials (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules . This role involves configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP FI-CO solutions to meet the specific needs and regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

The SAP FI-CO consultant will support SAP incidents, improvements and projects related to InsudPharma businesses needs and continuous improvement.

The challenge

Reporting to the SAP FI-CO Team lead your main responsibilities are:

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.
- System Configuration : Configure SAP FI-CO modules according to industry-specific requirements, including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders.
- Implementation : Lead or participate in SAP FI-CO implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Integration Management : Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI-CO and other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).
- User Training and Support : Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to SAP FI-CO functionality.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the SAP FI-CO landscape, working closely with business stakeholders to prioritize and implement changes.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that SAP FI-CO solutions comply with industry-specific regulatory requirements, such as pharmaceutical accounting standards and reporting regulations.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP FI-CO configurations, business processes, and procedures.
- Vendor Liaison : Interface with SAP support and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and implement updates or patches as needed.

What do you need?

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience as an SAP FI-CO consultant, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related sector.
- SAP Certification : Certification in SAP FI-CO modules is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP FI-CO configuration, implementation, and support activities, including familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Project Experience : Experience participating in full lifecycle SAP FI-CO implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Continuous Learning : Commitment to staying updated with the latest SAP FI-CO trends, developments, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
- Industry Knowledge : Understanding of pharmaceutical industry-specific financial processes, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards will be a plus.
