In 2022 and 2023, it was awarded the ÚNICO-Banda Ancha program in the provinces of Burgos and Segovia.Por favor, lea detenidamente la siguiente descripción del puesto para asegurarse de que encaja con el perfil antes de enviar su solicitud.If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out and apply todayResponsibilities:Provide second-level support to ISP clients (troubleshooting, diagnostics, ticket handling).Investigate and resolve OSI Layer 2–3 issues across transmission and IP/MPLS networks.Act as an escalation point for L1 engineers, assisting with deeper analysis and issue resolution.Participate in network upgrades, changes, and new feature implementations.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive timely issue resolution.Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes.Skills / Must Have:Strong hands-on experience with Huawei network infrastructure.Deep understanding of IP/MPLS networks and routing protocols.Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Huawei MPLS systems. xsgfvud Experience resolving Layer 1–3 issues across large-scale networks.Fluent in Spanish or EnglishBenefits:Madrid or Cordoba based officeHealth insuranceFlexible working hoursCertification supportSalary:€25,000-€35,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
