As a Senior Accountant, you will manage the accounting activities of our Spanish subsidiary and provide support to the Degussa Holding AG Finance team in Germany and abroad. Asegúrese de leerla detenidamente y luego envíe su solicitud.Your responsibilities include:Lead and manage the full accounting operations of our Spanish subsidiaryPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standardsOptimize and further develop accounting processes, as part of the implementation of a new ERP systemOversee and ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting, including account reconciliations and intercompany settlementsPrepare and coordinate financial audits and work closely with external auditors and tax advisorsEnsure compliance with statutory requirements and support tax filings and declarationsRequirements for this role include:Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on accountingAt least 10 years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally within an international environment, preferably in the financial or precious metals sectorStrong analytical skills combined with a structured and proactive way of workingFluent in Spanish (C2 level required) with good English skills (minimum B2 level); German would be an advantage xsgfvud Impeccable criminal record and credit historyBenefits of working with us include:Attractive compensation and employee benefits25 days of annual leave, flexible working hours and the option to work from home (up to two days per week)A motivated and professional team with strong team spiritEmployee discounts on our productsIndividual professional development and training opportunitiesA modern workplace in a central location in Madrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
