I am seeking a Remote Personal Business Assistant to support me in managing various operational tasks across my entrepreneurial ventures. This mostly remote role may require occasional travel (4-5 trips per year) and occasional on-site presence for event preparation, business meetings, and operational duties. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and organize informationCreate presentations and budgets based on given specificationsConduct competitor analysisCommunicate with contractors, partners, and clientsManage company documentation, including correspondence, accounting documents, and payment schedulesTrack tasks and schedules in AsanaAttend team meetingsHandle and coordinate active calendarsSchedule and confirm meetingsEnsure file organization based on office protocolProvide ad hoc support around office as neededScreen initial resumes and coordinate further recruitment stepsAssist with organizing and participating in professional events and exhibitionsProvide client travel support, including arranging transfers, issuing tickets, and coordinating accommodations during projectsQualificationsExperience: 1–3 years in a relevant roleLanguage: Proficiency in xsgfvud English (C1)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal, customer service and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteKey qualities: responsibility, creativity, problem-solving skills, Ability to multitask and adaptabilityAbility to work autonomously with a results-driven mindsetClient relationship skillsPrior experience in event coordination or customer service is preferredHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
