Our 4,000+ remote team works on roles that drive significant impact worldwide, with a focus on data-driven decision making and career development.What you will doConduct comprehensive data analyses, exploring large datasets to understand trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within application data management.Investigate system and monitoring alerts to identify and address potential service issues, collaborating with technical teams and external partners as needed.Apply expertise in ad tech and digital advertising to inform analysis and reporting, particularly in DSP operations.Lead initiatives to automate manual processes, increasing operational efficiency and accuracy.Regularly monitor and review reports and workflows, ensuring uninterrupted operations across various teams.Collaborate across departments, including development, product management, and finance, to address data discrepancies and support financial billing processes.Develop and document robust data and software solutions, enhancing the organization’s data management capabilities.What we are looking forBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related fields.3+ years of experience in data management roles, particularly in supporting complex data solutions.Experience in data analytics within the digital advertising media sector.Leadership skills with experience in guiding and assisting team members in a multicultural, remote environment.Proficient with SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.Ability to triage and prioritize issues effectively.Experience in Finance and Billing analytics.Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.Advanced level of English.What we offer100% remote work (from anywhere).Excellent compensation in USD or local currency if preferred.Hardware and software setup provided for remote work.Flexible hours: create your own schedule.Paid parental leave, vacations, and national holidays.Multicultural and collaborative work environment with global Top 1% talent.Mentorship, promotions, skill development, and growth opportunities.DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at BairesDev.
