Trust is the basis of our co-operation within G+D.We are looking for aQuality Assurance Leadwho will ensure the highest quality standards across our innovative digital payment solutionsYou will be responsible for designing and driving the QA strategy for complex systems including backend services, APIs, mobile SDKs, mobile and web applications, and secure element applets. You will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams, reporting to the CTO, to ensure quality becomes a core pillar of our technological vision and business success.ResponsibilitiesQA Strategy:Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy covering functional, performance, security, and reliability aspects.Automation:Build and maintain automated testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.Functional Testing:Oversee test design and execution for backend services, APIs, mobile SDKs, and applications.Non-Functional Testing:Drive performance, scalability, and security testing, including vulnerability assessments and compliance.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality practices and ensure smooth integration of all components.Leadership:Mentor and guide QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Reporting:Define quality KPIs, track defects, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years in QA, including 3+ years in a lead role for complex, distributed systems.Proven experience testing backend services, APIs, SDKs, and mobile/web applications.Expertise in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman).Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes, databases, and security testing methodologies (OWASP).Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.Strong analytical mindset and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.Preferred ExperienceBackground in testing payment or financial systems.Experience with secure elements, smartcards, or embedded systems testing.Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and containerized deployments.Certifications in QA or security (e.g., ISTQB, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.What’s great about working with usCulture and diversity : Join a people-oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
