In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and optimizing the expenses feature of our HR software to clients, helping them streamline their financial processes and achieve greater efficiency in expense management.Ready to be part of the challenge?About the RoleWe’re looking for a Finance Consultant to join our growing consulting team at Factorial. You’ll work alongside 15+ consultants across Finance, Payroll, and Talent—helping build and scale our finance services offering. Finance Management is a key Domain that includes Expenses Management, Account Payable/Procurement, Project Management, and Financial Workspace. Your main challenge will be to adapt our product to meet client needs by understanding their processes and identifying improvements. You’ll use your financial expertise and tech know-how to support clients in optimizing their finance processes with Factorial’s tools, deliver high-impact insights, and shape scalable service packages to drive growth.What You’ll DoLead Finance Enablement : Help clients implement and optimize finance operations using Factorial’s solutions. Train finance teams, share best practices, and support process automation.Design Scalable Services : Create repeatable service packages—from discovery and training to strategic advisory.Act as a Trusted Advisor : Understand client needs, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
