AVISO LEGALInscríbase sin demora Se espera un gran volumen de solicitantes para el puesto que se detalla a continuación, no espere para enviar su CV.Director of Study Abroad CenterBarcelonaOur client, an international education organization offering study abroad and language programs in Spanish-speaking destinations, is seeking a Center Director to lead its academic center in Barcelona .Position OverviewThe Center Director will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Barcelona center.This role oversees all academic and administrative operations, ensuring high-quality programs and an excellent student experience.He / She will lead the local team, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and health & safety regulationsMain ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Barcelona-based team, including academic staff, housing, student services, groups & activities coordination.Supervise the planning and execution of Spanish language programs, study Abroad initiatives, and summer camps.Ensure academic quality, operational efficiency and excellence in student support.Oversee daily operations of the center, including facilities, class scheduling, vendor coordination, logistics, and accommodations.Manage monthly budget execution, provider payments, financial reporting and payroll review handled by an external consultancy.Act as the main point of reference and accountability for the well-being, safety and satisfaction of students across all programs and age groups.Serve as the primary contact for emergencies and health & safety procedures.Ensure compliance with Spanish and Catalan regulations, as well as the organization’s internal policies.Represent the organization within the local educational and cultural community.RequirementsLanguages: Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus).Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in international education / language programs.Experience in youth education, experiential learning, or Study Abroad coordination is an advantage.Master’s degree or equivalent experience in international education, educational management or related fields (preferred).Strong operational and budget management skills.Proven ability to coordinate teams, logistics, and student services.Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Barcelona and its local environment will be highly valued.ConditionsContract type: Permanent.Schedule: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.Work modality: On-site with flexibility.If you’re passionate about international education and creating meaningful student experiences, we’d love to meet you.Sobre nosotrosEn HR LEAN nos especializamos en búsqueda de talento, desarrollo de recursos humanos y mejora continua, poniendo a las personas en el centro de la organización.
