READ THIS FIRST — Apply only if this applies to you Eligibility:You are currently enrolled at a university in Spain.You can sign a “convenio de prácticas.”You can work full-time for at least 6 months. WHAT YOU’LL OWN (Your Mission)1. Email Marketing, CRM & Retention (Core responsibility)Design and execute CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app messages) for a large B2C audience.Build and optimize lifecycle flows: welcome, onboarding, activation, reactivation, winback.Segment users based on behavior, needs, and usage patterns.2. Growth & ExperimentationBuild and iterate landing pages using Lovable / Webflow / no-code tools.Test messaging, layouts, and funnels to improve acquisition and conversion.3. Content, UX Writing & MessagingWrite and optimize consumer-facing copy for web, app, landing pages, onboarding, and emails. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE (Hard Requirements)Ability to sign a convenio de prácticas.Excellent writing skills — clear, simple, consumer-friendly.Strong interest in B2C growth, lifecycle marketing, and retention.Interest in A/B testing and experimentation.Comfortable using digital and no-code tools.Analytical mindset — able to interpret user behavior and funnel metrics.Detail-oriented and process-driven. NICE-TO-HAVEExperience with CRM/email platforms (Mailchimp, Braze, , Klaviyo…).Experience running experiments or building landing pages.Basic SEO knowledge.Experience with AI tools.Previous work with consumer apps or B2C products.Paid Internship: This is a remunerated full-time position designed to give you real ownership and impact — not just “student tasks. xsgfvud ”The compensation is competitive for top data students or recent graduates in Madrid.
