Horari de 9:00 a 15:00 de dilluns a divendres.Salari brut anual 12.432 € (auxiliar administratiu)Les principals tasques a exercir son:Proporcionar suport administratiu general: arxivar documents com factures i albarans, gestionar subministraments d'oficina i fer altres tasques pròpies de la funció administrativa.Són necessàries les següents aptituds:Experiència prèvia en rols administratius i en programes de facturació.Excel·lents habilitats de comunicació oral i escrita.El/la candidat/a ideal serà responsable de proporcionar suport administratiu eficient i efectiu. La capacitat per a comunicar-se de manera efectiva, manejar múltiples tasques i mantenir la confidencialitat, són habilitats essencials per a aquest rol.Imprescindible tenir iniciativa, dots resolutius i capacitat de gestió i organització.Capacitat per a prioritzar tasques.Habilitats interpersonals i d'atenció telefònica.Bona comunicació escrita i oral en català i castellà. xsgfvud Competència en l'ús de programes d'oficina, com Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
