With a strong presence across Asia and ambitious expansion plans in Europe, the business is now looking to establish its footprint in Spain as part of its next growth phase.They are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Head of Sales / Business Development Executive to lead the company’s entry and growth into Europe to be based out of Spain with a primary focus on AC charging solutions but also with DC charging offerings available too.As the first hire in the market, this individual will play a pivotal role in building relationships, acquiring key installer and CPO partners, and establishing the company’s brand presence.This is a hands-on, hunter role — ideal for a senior commercial professional with established industry relationships who can generate traction quickly and drive new business independently.Responsibilities:- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with installers, CPOs, and strategic partners- Build the customer base from the ground up — generating leads, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to shape commercial and product strategy- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, strengthening brand visibility and credibility- Collaborate with European and global leadership teams to inform regional strategy.- Lay the foundation for a future local sales team as the business scales across Europe and set a Go-to-market strategy for the team to followQualifications:- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, ideally within EV charging, electrical infrastructure, or renewable energy- Proven hunter mentality — demonstrated success in developing new markets and winning key accounts- Strong network within the installer and CPO (Charge Point Operator) community- Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to operate autonomously in a start-up environment.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Based in Spain with flexibility for national and regional travelWhy Apply:- Opportunity to be the first market representative for a Global brand, shaping the company’s Spanish and European growth- Competitive base salary with strong performance-based incentives- A chance to join a high-growth, mission-driven organization at an early stage of its European journey. xsgfvud - Clear professional growth path as the European team expandsIf you're interested in applying, please click the 'easy apply' button.
