Our platform combines AI-driven reasoning with deterministic execution, enabling reliable, auditable, and enterprise-ready AI systems.About the role…We’re seeking aQA Engineer (SDET)to help us scale quality across Maisa Studio, our flagship Agentic Process Automation platform, by embedding automated testing and strong quality practices into our development lifecycle. This is an individual contributor and hands-on role where you’ll work closely with engineers to ensure our systems are robust, reliable, and production-ready as the platform continues to evolve.You’ll focus on test automation, API and integration testing, CI/CD integration, and test strategy, helping Maisa ship fast while maintaining the high quality required for enterprise-grade, regulated environments.What you’ll do…Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similarBuild and maintainAPI and integration testsforREST and GraphQLservicesIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions) to provide fast and reliable feedbackCollaborate with engineers to ensure testability across services and componentsTest Strategy & Quality MindsetContribute to and evolve test strategies aligned with system risk and product complexityMake informed decisions on what to automate vs. what to test manuallyApply a strong understanding of the testing pyramid, identifying coverage gaps and risk areasAdvocate for quality early in the development processReduce test flakiness and improve reliability of automated test suitesImprove feedback loops so issues are detected as early as possibleImplementtest parallelizationand optimize pipelines for speed and stabilityContinuously improve test execution performance as the system scalesWork closely with engineering and product teams in an agile environmentProvide clear, actionable feedback on defects, risks, and improvementsHelp build a culture where quality is shared ownership, not a final gateWhat you’ll bring…Hands-on experience as a QA Engineer / SDET, with a strong focus on automationExperience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similarSolid experience with API and integration testing (REST / GraphQL)Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred)Strong understanding of test strategy, the testing pyramid, and quality best practicesProven ability to balance automation with effective manual testingExperience improving test stability, reducing flakiness, and optimizing pipelinesYou will be joining one of Europe’s most exciting early-stage AI start-ups, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Agentic Process Automation that’s reshaping how enterprises approach AI deployment.
