Mission To design, implement and lead the Management Control area from scratch, design the reporting systems and lead the financial control of the business with a strong focus on: Budgetary control Business profitability analysis Margin optimization Development of reporting systems Key Responsibilities: Build the Management Control department from scratch. Design and implement financial and business reporting systems. Prepare, monitor and control the annual budget and forecasts. Analyse deviations and propose corrective action plans. Monitor margins by business line, channel and cost centre. Develop dashboards and KPIs. Work closely with the local Finance Director and the international headquarters. In a second phase, lead a team of 2 people. Required Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Management Control / Controlling. Proven experience in building reporting systems and structures from scratch. Strongly valued experience in the automotive sector (dealerships, importers, renting, fleets). Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Dynamics, Oracle or similar). Fluent English is mandatory (international environment).
