DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA EMPRESA Impact Bridge es una gestora de fondos española especializada en inversión de impacto de calidad. A través de varios vehículos y estrategias financiamos proyectos que además de un retorno financiero, generan un impacto social y/o medioambiental auténtico, intencionado y medible. Somos un equipo multidisciplinar (c.25 personas) que combina profesionales senior con una dilatada experiencia en entidades financieras y académicas de nivel mundial con profesionales jóvenes con alto potencial. Tenemos más de 500 millones de euros bajo gestión a través de +10 vehículos de inversión en deuda y capital. EL ROL Buscamos un/a empleado Junior Financial Operations con titulación de Técnico Superior en Administración y Finanzas (FP Grado Superior), Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE) o derecho y 1-3 años de experiencia práctica en funciones administrativo-financieras, preferiblemente en gestoras de fondos o en el sector financiero. FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Titulación Técnico Superior en Administración y Finanzas (FP Grado Superior), ADE (Administración y Dirección de Empresas) o Derecho. Experiencia Recomendable 1 - 3 años en funciones administrativo-financieras. Experiencia previa en gestoras de fondos o entidades financieras (valorable). Conocimiento práctico de procesos de onboarding de partícipes. Competencias Técnicas Excel avanzado y herramientas ofimáticas. Conocimientos de contabilidad, conciliaciones bancarias y auditorías. Gestión de tesorería, facturación y control presupuestario. Conocimientos de inglés. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO Gestión de Partícipes e Inversores Supervisión completa del proceso de Onboarding de nuevos partícipes. Resolución de consultas de inversores. Relación con Comercializadores Gestión integral del alta de nuevos comercializadores. Cálculo, validación y liquidación de comisiones y rebates, resolución de incidencias. Reporting Regulatorio Preparación y envío de informes CNMV, AEAT y Banco de España. Gestión de auditorías y atención a requerimientos regulatorios. Mantenimiento de registros de cumplimiento normativo. Operaciones Financieras Gestión de facturación y pagos. Conciliaciones bancarias y análisis de desviaciones. Apoyo en cierres contables mensuales y trimestrales. Formalización de Inversiones Formalización administrativa de las operaciones. Seguimiento del cumplimiento normativo en todas las operaciones. QUÉ BUSCAMOS Candidatos proactivos y con capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma. Orientados al detalle y rigurosos en el cumplimiento de procesos. Con capacidad analítica y de organización personal. Valoramos Especialmente Experiencia previa en private equity y/o venture capital. Conocimientos informáticos y de inteligencia artificial. Nivel de inglés medio – alto. QUÉ OFRECEMOS Contrato estable y oportunidades de crecimiento en un proyecto dinámico. Retribución orientativa: 27.000 € /año + variable en base a la experiencia del candidato.
