This role is based in Madrid with a hybrid working model and involves overseeing sales, revenue, profitability, and strategic growth for the Iberica region.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet sales, revenue, and profit targets through organic growth and effective budget management.Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with senior management.Lead, coordinate, and support healthcare staff across departments, fostering a positive work environment.Manage relationships with key clients and partners, and represent the company at industry events.Contribute to the development of a 3-year strategic plan and ensure alignment with global healthcare strategies.Maintain current knowledge of the healthcare sector and promote sharing of best practices across teams.Qualifications and ExperienceExtensive experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries, preferably in scientific, sales, or publishing roles.Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in a matrix environment and budget management.Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, therapeutic areas, and drug development processes.College or university degree is required.Skills and CompetenciesStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.Leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills in Spanish and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Additional InformationThe position is full-time, based in Madrid, with a hybrid work model. xsgfvud Springer Nature values diversity and inclusivity and encourages applicants with diverse backgrounds to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
