Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Decubate’s platform, APIs, and Web3 technologies, ensuring clients can integrate and utilize our systems effectively.
  • Provide end-to-end guidance to clients, from integration to achieving operational excellence, ensuring seamless support across various time zones.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to APIs, smart contracts, and Web3 integrations, using tools like Postman and other diagnostic resources.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients by monitoring their experience and providing actionable feedback to enhance the Decubate platform.
  • Advise clients on best practices for implementation and optimize their technical operations based on individual needs.
  • Prioritize and resolve client requests efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability with minimal supervision.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with API troubleshooting, diagnostic tools (e.g., Postman), internet technologies, and scripting knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving processes and diverse challenges.
  • Self-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in high-pressure environments.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: A proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences by prioritizing their needs and maintaining a solution-oriented approach.


Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in Web3, blockchain technology, or decentralized ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment processes.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems, such as Zendesk or Jira.
  • Exposure to tokenomics or token-related projects across EVM chains.
